Do not do business with this man! He is extremely shady! He will scam you any way he can. He is not honest or trustworthy.in real estate "ethics" is very important and this man has none! He will rob Peter to pay Paul. He doesn't pay his employees, he takes advantage of anyone he possibly can. He is terrible to deal with. If you can avoid him I highly suggest doing so!
