Artem Soloviev from Orange County, CA is an angry young man who threated me and my wife because we are hispanic. He told us that all people of color should be shot. We conducted a search and saw that he has a record, and has attacked hispanics before. He is a handyman and sometimes works construction. Be carefull with him. He seems highly volatile.
