Non delivery of goods

Steelcore advertised security straps for a personal spa.

This was just what I wanted.

Website is beautifully done and complete with return email for questions and a toll free telephone number.

2 months after order, and transactions complete on my credit card, I have not received the security straps.

I have emailed the company 3 times, and called and left messages 3 times.

The telephone number is a "24/7" help number, but it has only led me to a voicemail. No call back.

I suspect a scam, or failed business (which STILL will take your $)
