I placed an order for these straps over 2 months ago and I have not received them yet. I have spoken with "Sam" twice. Both times he told me that they received bad parts and that my order would ship within the next couple of days. Guess what, no straps yet. I too recieved a confirmation e-mail but when I send them e-mails (6) asking for my money back, they never respond.
I trusted this company because the web site is really good and they have a Disney award. What a crock. I have contacted Disney and advised them that they should make the company remove this from their website since the company is a fraud. Have a Disney award leads people to believe that this is a good company, which is another lie. I'm pretty sure Disney does not know this company is using them as a recommendation.
I wonder how many people have been robbed by this company? These people should be arrested! If I would steal from this company, I would be arrested, this company is stealing from us, why are they not arrested?
