On Wednesday 6/29 I purchased on edigital's website a Broan kitchen ducted blower. I thought I was getting a deal when this website had it cheaper than everyone else. I WAS WORNG! Two days it has been and I have not heard from the company. I have emailed a "Ms. Yelena" if that is a real name??? And she or he or whatever has not answered back. I attempted to contact them via their 800 number only to find out that it's a fax machine and there is not customer service number. What REAL internet retailer does not have a customer service number. The more and more I researched this merchant the more horrible I felt. I purchased from them a Broan kitchen blower for 332.00 bucks which has already been charged to my account. I contacted my banking institution and have canceled my credit card and will be filing for Fraudlent charges on Tuesday.
I cannot believe that there are still people out there doing this and without any consequences. Furthermore their address is not even correct and a bogus one. Lesson learned. I will tread more lightly when dealing with online merchants. As the old addage goes "If it is too good to be true, then it usually is!"
