I have been a customer for years and my last top of the line purchase was very expensive! The carpet has not worn well! It has not held up! I am a very unhappy customer! They will not replace this carpet! I have spent thousands of dollars on there carpet! I am a local business owner and I understand customer service! I have contacted them several times and have asked for help in this matter! The last thing I was told was that they would discount the price to replace carpet. What I have requested was for them to cover the cost 100%. I do hope they will consider contacting me and help me with this matter.
