Company installed new heating & AC units. When AC unit was recently activated, it did not perform. I contacted Season's, but was told that all techs were currently assigned to other jobs. Shortly thereafter, I got a call from a tech, but he was at his son's ball game and might not be able to arrive until app. 7pm. He said he would call when he left the park, but never did.
Next day it's showing 84 degrees in the house. After several calls, I was assured a tech had been dispatched to my home. Now, 4 hours later, I'm dying of heat prostratioin with no word from them. Totally unsatisfactory customer follow-up. I'm still waiting!
