On October 25th I ordered a daybed, they billed me promptly but never deliverd the bed. I've been calling them every day for a week and leaving frantic message with the order number telling them that I would dispute the credit card billing but no reply. I give up! This is VERY frustrating, these people should be banned from business on the internet. I've wasted 6 WEEKS waiting for nothing!
