Pam Morse, the office manager at Donna Farrow Co., reneged on a written agreement to release my wife and me from the rental lease on our duplex.
We broke the lease because of a checkered past of lies and misrepresentation by Donna Farrow Co. Those issues included the property management company giving our new home in poor condition without completing the promised repairs, unresponsive and inadequate repairs to house toilets and dishwasher, erroneous claims for additional rent, breaking several verbal agreements to return our deposit, and a Donna Farrow Co. Property management maintenance man entering our home without permission in June (he had apparently mistaken our home next door).
Even after moving out, Pam Morse attempted to collect $2,881.83 from us in back rent, utilities, and late fees for months subsequent to us moving out.
