Since moving to fl in2001 i have been rear ended by vehicles doing stupid things however they are eclipsed by even more* injury attorney's. This firm tops my list.
Sitting at red light am rear ended by 19 y.O. Adjusting his radio at appx 45mph, Filed police report then made the mistake of "call GARY" Long story short this was a $3,000 case tops! This firm took almost 5 years to settle it for approximately $2600 and change to me.
It was very difficult trying to establish contact with this attorney sometimes the staff said he was in Colorado and he was always in meetings, hardly ever returned my calls and most seriously he did not report to me as is required by law a settlement offer by the other insurance company.
Please I recommend you do not contact the Call Gary Hotline if the attorney's are this unresponsive
Oh I lost 7 teeth in this accident and this guy could have cared less for my well being i trying to replace them with possible implants.
This firm was just a nightmare to deal with please CAVEAT EMPTOR WITH THIS HUSBAND AND WIFE FIRM
