My husband and I bought a sofa from Ashley in Feb. The delivery was over a month later and the delivery guys damaged the sofa when delivered. They sent out a repair guy 2 weeks later. 6 weeks later only part of the parts have arrived, and repairs are another 3 weeks out.
Repair guy told me to tell them to schedule in the mornings to accommodate my schedule as I've had to take 2 days off already and now looking at a third because they don't set exact appointments and I have to be available all day. Scheduling tells me they can't do that.
We've asked for a refund and now 3 months later we're told there was a 3 day return on it. We didn't get what we paid for and this sofa is costing way more than it is worth.
We've filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and nothing is getting done.in the mean time we're sitting on a sofa that is damaged by the store employees, isn't getting fixed in a timely manner, is costing me wages taking time off from work and it's falling apart from poor quality materials.
We just want our money back at this point.
