We requested a custom bathroom mirror at Lowes on Coleman road, San Jose Ca.
Mirror appeared (late obviously) and was 18" depth rather than the regular 21" level. Many calls with Lowes led to the string refunding the price of the mirror and purchasing the right mirror for all of US.
As a swap for that stress and also the wait within the toilet (~5 months and checking) redesign we'd get a free mirror.
OK - that's a least attempting.
BUT WAIT - new mirror came. That one was the right level, BUT WAS TO GET A DOUBLE SINK - NOT THE ONLY WE OEDERED
I am embarrassed now - contracter is ashamed - have no idea how Lowes may resolve this today.
