1st Issue - My wife and I bought a custom mirror from The Classic Mirror Collection / Steven A. Doolittle from their both at the Orange County Swap Meet. The mirror was delivered and later to be found as poor quality. I contacted the seller and informed thme of my findings and their first repsonse was "we never ship something bad". I had my wife and brother witness the claim of poor quality. Nevertheless, after I firmly stood my ground the mirror was picked up and repaired. This was one of numerous itmes we had purchased from them.

2nd Issue - My wife and I went back and picked out somethiing else. A piece of artwork. I noticed a fixed piece within the sealed glass was crooked. My wife and I waited put the item aside and waited til we had time to go back to the swap meet to exchange it for another one. So, my wife, brother, and I went to the Orange County Swap Meet and contacted Carol with The Classic Mirror Collection. We showed her the artwork and she said that need a receipt to exchange it. We asked if she remembered us and her reply was, "Yes your the one who broke the mirror. I told her no and that is the way I found it when I unwrapped it. She became hostile and said she didn't want to do anymore business with us. We were shocked by her rude and obnoxious conduct and she said she would call me back to take care of this issue. She never called and we don't she is ever going too. We want other consumers to know how poorly The Classic Mirror Collection deals with consumer requests. Poor quality and poor customer service.
