On 5-22 we hired John Rasberry to install a new Concord air conditioner at an investment rental property in Jackson, MS. A year later the compressor failed. After numerous attempts to contact Mr. Rasberry we ended up having to have the unit swapped out by someone else. On July 14 we used Philip Williamson to replace the unit.
On May 11 the compressor has failed yet again. Neither party would return our calls. Our new technician has discovered that the failures are most likely due to the lines being undersized thus making the compressor strain and burn out.
So after leaving a message for Mr. Rasberry on the 11th stating that I would be seeking some sort of recourse he finally called me back this morning. His tone was very unpleasant and the gem of his profanities was calling me a liberal piece of sh*t, alluding to the fact that I live in California.
So, if you want headaches and insult added to injury go ahead and use Rasberry Air, if you want reliability and quality service, you might want to find someone else.
