Clearwater pools promised to build a pool and spa in time for my new years eve party 8 months later. I paid over $50,000 and had a concrete hole for that party! After picketing, writing a postcard to all their current clients for the last year, they did complete everything 18 months later. Except that I have a corner of the deck that fills with water when it rains and a valley that does not drain down the middle. I reported them to the county and state and hope I cost them more then they cost me, I have over 10,000 clients in this city.
