I had my dryer serviced by KayJays Appliance Repair, it seemed to work. I used it for 15 minutes and it stopped working. I contact the repair center the same day and told them what happened. The man who answered said, oh I will contact the test technician and give you a call right back. Its been 3 days; I have left countless messages, and no call back. I had my sister call from her phone number, and she left them a message for new service and got a call back in 2 minutes, yet I still have not heard from them. I made a mistake and paid with cash, they said we DO NOT TAKE CHECKS.
Learn from my lesson and do not trust this add. This mobile service does not have a local central repair location. The main office is somewhere in San Francisco. Learn from my experience and do not trust this add be cautious this is a FRAUD. Their 1 year warranty is a lie, and they will not return your calls.
