On Feb 1st we noted a charge in our bank account, and inmediately made a claim to our bank, then 2 months later we started to receive bills from ADT, we called and told them we do not have their services, they told us that we have had their services since 2003 and have been paying month by month, I asked for a supervisor but the person continue arguing that we have their services; so after I received a 2nd bill and a letter telling me that my payments were due and that they are going to send my account to a collection agency and to the credit bureau, I decided to write them a letter and file a complaint with Consumer protection departmen in Miami Dade, let's see what happen.
