He was recommended by a friend as he was a friend of their neighbor. I called him to repair a broken ac/heater system in the middle of the winter. He came by, diagnosed the problem and said he would return the next day with the part to repair the system. He did repair the system but two months later, the system failed again. I called him and he said he would be there the next day. He didn't show up for two days. He finally showed up and said the new motor had failed. It was under warranty but I had to pay another service fee (I can live with that.) He didn't call me the next day, and I called him and left a message. He called another day later and said the motor was on backorder and would have to wait 2 more days. Since that, he has ignored all my calls. I had my friend call him and he finally answered one of the calls and said he had some issues to deal with and would call me to repair my unit. He never called and I had to pay another $400 for someone else to reapir the unit. Not worth my time to sue for $400. I hope no one else has to deal with him.
