Value point distribution
They never sent the top we paid for and then stopped responding to email. Forget trying to find a live voice on phone

We ordered a spa in November. It finally arrived in March and without the top we paid for. After several emails back and forth, all communications on their part stopped. There is a phone listed on the web site but no one to speak to day or night.

We are now in April and still no top to our spa.
