I called Nelson to discuss an issue regarding a $15 piece of material and he literally told me to go "F*ck myself and to stick it up my a*" when I told him that I was dissatisfied with him charging me for it after I spent over $4,600 on my kitchen cabinets.
There was a dispute about the piece and that he felt my installer was responsible for it but I don't agree and feel that it was his kitchen design but that he would "eat the cost to just make us happy". He then slipped the $15 charge onto our credit card anyway so I called him on it and that's when he got EXTREMELY angry and began his foul rant.
Is this any way to satisfy an unhappy customer? Nelson lacks professionalism and I would advise anyone looking for kitchen cabinets or countertops to NOT go to Dream Kitchens.
