Although they made my heatpump work, I feel I was overcharged for the condensor fan motor, which was actually not installed correctly with improper wiring and wrong run capacitor, causing the heatpump to frequently cycle out of heating to cooling during cold weather. How would I know? By hiring someone who was qualified! On top of poor workmanship, they first tried to sell me a new unit, then after the expensive but lousy job, they tried to sell a warranty plan which wouldn't be necessary if they actually knew how to do the work! Don't waste your money with this outfit. Check out the NR rating at BBB and all the complaints they have with an average of one complant per week over the past year!
