This company services Chimmney cleaning. The staff is not trained in cleaning or repair. They require payment upfront, and repeatedly did not show for the appts. When the company employee showed up, he walked to the fireplace looked up the chimmney and said since it was not being used did not need further inspection. They did not provide any paperwork which was needed for our condo association.
When we made numerous calls and emails to the company it took 6 weeks for someone to contact us which was the supposedly owner/manager Cathy Kalamas. She was nasty/arrognant, swearing would not recognize their employee had been out for inspection and wanted another payment upfront. Not only was she beastly she hung up on our call and then proceeded with several nasty emails. If you are in need of a chimney cleaning do your research firts and most of all do not give this company any more business.
