Bought the chimney cleaning deal from Living Social couple of months back. After calling the company, it took over a month to come and take a look at the chimney. Btw, thats all they did - just took a look at it and did their sales pitch for doing the work for almost $2000. When I asked about cleaning the chimney as mentioned in the Living Social coupon - they said they will not touch it!!! Then why the hell they clearly mentioned that they will do cleaning and inspection? These are the exact words from their LS advertisement: "Pay $22 (regularly $45) for one chimney cleaning with a 12-point inspection." I just lost $22 for nothing! This is clear cheating and I am going to dispute the amount.
