Horrible customer service. Unhealthy plants sent in dried out, poorly conceived packaging. Unknowledgeable customer service representatives and poorly done return policy.
I spent hundreds of dollars on plants and saw all the beautiful pictures of what I was purchasing, not what I received at all.
Puny, wilted trees and plants that died, incorrect almost black rose was a fuscia color and the wrong genus. Ordered trees they didn't have in stock, even though they were still selling them online! They substituted what would have been robust, fast growing trees reaching sixty feet with crap smoke bushes that died anyway, as did most of the order.
Never purchase from this company, you will be out time, money and have inferior plants even if they do survive.
