We hired Mr. Ostermiller to replace our swimming pool liner. He took the old liner out and informed us that he was short of funds and would require the cost of the liner to order and half of the labor. Unfortunately we gave him the money $2,021. He was referred to us by several swimming pool companies. He called us for a while and said it was on back order, but later found out that he either lost or spent the money. He originally told us that he would sell some of his property and purchase the liner. We have not heard from him in months and he does not answer phone calls. We tried to send him a registered letter but it was returned. Do not trust this person.
