This guy John from Baybrook Furniture scheduled a delivery for a warranty item (furniture is Chinese junk and breaks easily) and never showed up, never called, nothing. I would call or send an email to reschedule and finally I said something about all the no-shows. This nut case went off on me and threatened to not return my headboard, then he had some girl call me and say he decided to add a $40 delivery fee! And when he did show up all he did was stare at my wife's back side! This is not Tijuana and we are a Christian couple, never again.
