Sold 6 skylights, wrong size then they leaked and blamed the insatller. Tech came out and refused to take responsibility. Siad skylights were installed upside down but there was no instrutions or warn

Insula dome sold my contractor 6 skylights. First they sent the wrong size and refused to change them after delivery. Then after they leaked during the first snow storm the tech came out and said they were installed upside down. Apparently it is CRTICAL to insatll a certain way buit there were NO INSTRUSTIONS or warnings to this effect. They simply refused to take any responsibility ir share in the replacement cost. Worthless product and service. Very Very disappointed. My contractor gives them business but will never use them again.
