The Goodman Group uses tactics to discriminate and fraud vulnerable tenants after a major disaster like a FIRE.
This is all done for monetary gain. Stay away from ALL the Goodman group properties, not only this one.
After a fire, The Goodman Group tried to make us pay rent for an unlivable unit until it is reoccupied., and pay for damages despite us being threatened by illegal eviction and moving out within 1 week as a result.
I attemped to file a discrimation complaint against this company with the City Of Omaha, which turned out some other problems.
I found out the Goodman Group falsified a "fire report" to state that it was a grease, which is not true. I have the real fire report and it states an UNKNOWN cause of the fire, not grease as the cause.
