Johnson Gas Appliance Company Fails to honor warranty

This company is a scam. I bought several fire place inserts that broke down after 5 months. Then the retailer refused to honor the warranty. Then, Mendota refused to take care of the problem. Curious enough, these units were sold as "luxury fireplaces"
