What is the problem with Firesone. They have been breaking my car for yearss.
Recently they flushed out my radiator and the next day my van over heated and blew a hole in the radiator. I had two get and radiator. The week before that I took my van For a oil change and a tire rotation, they left my lug nut cover inside of my hubcaps, I let my windows down whlie I was driveing a heard a sound like I was dragging something. I went back to them to find out what was wrong. When they decovered the problem they blew it off as just being cosmetic. I told they that sound scared the % out of me.
They siad i need a power steering pump but once they replaced i had this horrible sqeaking sound under my van. They told me that the belt tensioner needed to be replaced they been trying to fix it for over a tear but i'm still sqeaking. I hate driving my van. That sound drives my crazy. I fill like the whole world is looking at me as I sqeak down the road. I think they need to hire competent tech instead of this incompetant tech they have working for them. I have many more firestone woes but i'm tired of writing.
