Sears who creates more problems than they will fix

Do not take your car to Sears if you want your to be fixed.

I have a Nissan Murano with 70,000 miles on it.

My problems started in July. I took my Nissan Murano for it's standard oil change. I took my car home and it was leaking all over the floor of my garage. I had to take my car in 2 times for them to tell me they did not clean out the pan that surrounds the oil pan and that is where the oil was leaking.

Next, they indicated my belt was cracking and should be changed. I have taken my car in a minimum of 4 times to correct the belt. It has a LOUD squeal. They continued to tell me their mechanics could not fix the belt unless I left it over night and it was cold.

Next the power steering went out supposedly went out. So again I had sears fix this. As I noticed something else was leaking I checked all fluids. Sears charged me to flush the power steering fluid. But they did NOT FILL the power steering fluid to the appropriate levels.

Next as I indicated something else was leaking and it was the radiator. They indicated the radiator needed to be replaced. Again the FLUID is not full and I was yet again charged. When I went to pick up the vehicle I went to drive it out of the garage and there was ZERO POWER, my foot was to the bottom of the floor. I had to back the vehicle back into Sears and wait another 45 minutes for them to look at it. There was no apology and I HAD TO ASK For an explanation. Seriously? It was a fuse that blew.

I spoke with Joe Gallegos the manager for the area. He cut me off in the middle of the complaint and informed me to talk to Jake who is the new manager. I got to the store and the customer service person who is always there said Jake was upstairs. I went upstairs and asked for Jake. They informed me there is no Jake that works up here were I was told to go.

So at this point, the CV axle joint piece blew, I have a friend who is a mechanic but typically doesn't work on this type of vehicle. I took it to him. SO! What SEARS chose not to tell me is the ball joint needed to be replaced ASAP like it was ready to go. He was really surprised that they could have possibly missed that and not informed me of that problem
