On december 12 1999, i placed an order to heartlandamerica, which included item #6939, a 'welbilt' breadmaker. The following correspondence explains the situation:

* a postal label is not good enough, send for it at my house and refund my credit card
* put a stop to my last order and refund my credit card

convection bread maker at a cost of $49.99. First you informed me it
was on back order, then after my inquiry i was informed that the item
was no longer available. That you had been unable to contact me about
it.
Yesterday at the post office i received a package with a sunbeam
breadmaker, not convection and priced at $44.99. I was not asked if this
product was acceptable and furthermore it is priced at $29.99 in your
catalog.
I am very disturbed by your action and expect an immediate explanation.
