Too High Bill/Late Billing/High Late Fee Charge

We lived there for over 9 years. Over the last two organizations the organization they deal to complete the Water Payment would be to reckless. Large Statement (all of the situation significantly more than Energy), Delayed Payment simply with 3 times before deadline, extreme and violent Late Fee Cost. I recall once they began been our fresh water billing organization they don't deliver a statement and management plus they anticipated we all know that they're our new organization and deliver a cost to wherever? Incidentally everybody includes a criticism from that company on or additional complex which have exactly the same water billing organization, please send it towards the consumer-rights to allow them to quit them towards the misuse of Large Delayed Fee Costs, Payment Cost plus they deliver the bill once they want to buy, Excessive Statement.
