Do not use this company for any reason. Use a local company! They will sign you up on a three year contract and sell it to a company that is going out of business. Then they will disapear like a thief in the night. You can get local monitoring with the same exact equipment for $19.99. The sales reps make their $350 and the techs make thier $100 and then vanish. They go to a city for a month then go to the next city then off to the next. The problem is they dont leave any customer support behind them. Dont use this company. Dont use APX aka VIVent, pinnacle, vision, templar. Only sign up with someone that is in your local phone book and that has been there for 5 or more years. Thank me later!!!
