American Home Guard delivered ARS to my house to correct leaky toilets in July and July. I've found ARS never correctly fixed the leaks and that I don't have any guarantee. I bought my 2-story house in 09. It included a-1 year guarantee.in July I observed a spot within the roof of my laundry space as well as in the storage. I approached AHS. ARS visited my house twice in July and twice in September for these repairs. To my shock six months later I observed exactly the same spots within the roof again. After I named AHS and ARS they both offered me the 60/90 morning run around guarantee leak. I discussed that there is "NO WAY” I really could have documented this in two or three weeks. The roof have been fixed also it required atleast that really miss the water spots to reappear. Today since ARS didn't precisely restore these leaks, I’m being held responsible for not confirming the defective function regular. I'm a 1st-time property owner and that I believe ARS ought to be held responsible for the repairs these were delivered to my house to do. ARS can't offer any documents or bills showing they examined or fixed the bathrooms for loss. I've spoken to AHS plus they have established that after I initially called in July and September I did so statement loss from both bathrooms. The ARS technology did emerge and did occupy the bathroom within the MBR changing the ring-around it. The technology explained the bathroom wasn't resting equally which it was evoking the bathroom to trickle. He did examine the bathroom within the additional BR. He explained there have been no main issues with the bathroom. He did reduce openings within the ceiling of the washing space as well as in the storage roof... I am simply not sure what he did or didn’t do towards the pipes or plumbing. He didn't notate some of this about the bill. A couple of days later AHS delivered another company to correct the openings within the roof. ARS isn't being truthful and really should be held responsible for fixing this issue. I am the customer this isn't my problem.
