Blindsparts.com has horrible customer support and wont return your cash when they deliver the incorrect product.
I purchased a number of different dimensions of DARK blind cords from blindsparts.com. I obtained moderate grey wires, instead. I delivered a contact to blindsparts.com plus they never replied. Therefore, I named them about the telephone. Some man called Albert responded the telephone. I described my issue to him and he explained "uhhh yes they do not create that wire in dark anymore - it costs a great deal to color it!" I mentioned "youare promoting dark wire in your site and that is what I needed. Grey wire wont do". Albert responded "you may color it-yourself, you realize" (I am not causeing the up) I stated "I believe I'd simply instead obtain a reimbursement." He replied "we can not return that." I stated "nicely this is not what I requested which wont dome worthwhile." Albert answered "sorry".
Blindsparts.com has to function as the lamest, dumbest & most incorrect site on the web. Blindsparts.com may send you various items than you purchase after which WOn't return you the cash! If it had been as much as me, I'd move someplace apart from blindsparts.com. I will have to document a Paypal challenge simply to get my cash back.
