I ordered 3 replacement wands for my mini blinds on 2/04/10 for $37.90 with shipping included in the price. I have emailed them twice since I haven't recieved the items with it now being 2/05/10 and both times I have recieved an email stating for me to consider the wait as part of quality control. You would think that in over a month they could have 3 wands sent to me.
I have a bad feeling that nothing will be done to have my items sent to me.
