We had no tv for a month, the workers dont seem to care. I bought a new part to be put in the tv, and it still doen't work. I asked to get another tv but they said no cause it's 3 years old. We have master warranty on all our stuff we have from you guys. It shouldn't be this hard to fix a tv for your customers. The tv is way worse than it was from the beginning. I just ask for you to solve this issue without me having to nag you guys about it more than once.
