On Sept. 3, Clozermatic support people offered a $433 estimation for that alternative of the garage door screen and fresh key-pad. We requested Dana to come back our $200 deposit and he or she stated that she did not blame us. We did not get our cash back and we required the 2nd and last time-on December 14 to obtain our cash back. Dana suggested she "did not understand why" the check hadnot been delivered and guaranteed to complete it immediately.By today, January 10, the reimbursement hasn't appeared.
We're seeking a return of our $200 deposit.
