Does not cool after only 1 yea

I obtained a Danby Maitre'D design DWC1646BL-SC for Holiday this past year. Nearly towards the evening, your wine cooler quit functioning. It'd a-one year guarantee. I discover this design is stopped. The thermostat light about the entrance went down also it no further cools, just makes a light beeping noise.
