Stay away fromonewayfurniture!!!
Ordered a product onSept 25. Was given an estimated shipping date of Sept 29. On October 4th theychanged the estimated shipping date to Oct. 05. Waited until the 5th thenstarted calling. First they state on their website that: "One WayFurniture has representatives standing by via phone Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00pm Est toassist you (631) 249-4390", This is a joke as you never get anyone on thephone only a promise to get a call back within 24 hours, even if you areplacing an order. Never heard back. Emailed and received no reply.
I started searching onlineand found the same item in Wal-Mart for about $70 cheaper. Decided to cancelthe order so filled in a cancellation form on their website. Next day receiveda message saying the item was already shipped. Thank I asked for a price match. They refused to price match against Wal-Mart.
Item was never delivered tomy house. When I contacted them asking for my money back they are asking foralmost $50 in stocking and return charges.
I asked to speak with aperson. Has been 10 days I have not heard anything from them. Today is 01/03;I dont even have a partial return.
