I ordered an item from them September 7th. A few hours later I found the same item cheaper on the web, and emailed them about price matching it, since they offer this service on their website.
September 8th, I receive email that the item had already shipped, and next time if they get such a request earlier, they can price match competitors items.
Ok, I guess I'm locked in. September 20th rolls along, and the item isnt even here yet. I contact them asking about status, they tell me they didnt know what to do with order and had it on hold for 2 days, and that it had already shipped. They tried to backpedal on not knowing I was asking for a price match, even though their email stated I needed to ask before the order was placed to give them a chance to price match.
Ok, so I contact fedex expecting it to arrive shortly,
only to find it was shipped on the 20th, and only after I contacted them again. I could have canceled the order had they not lied to me on when it was shipped.
They also lied the second time on when it was shipped (not two days later as they claimed the second time).
Their communication was fraudelent, and their intent
was from the beginning to lock me into the higher price.
Do not do business with them.
