Teicher Organizaton
Jarmison Group Deserted Homeowners/No Mowing, Snow Removal, Trash Pickup, or Outside Lighting

We purchased a brand new condominium from the Teicher Organization in 2006. We were promised that the construction would be completed within 2 years. As of today, only 2 buildings out of the 6 that were proposed have been completed, and a third one has only the shell completed.

In the past 8 months, there has been a complete stoppage of services to the residents at the Commons in Saugerties, NY. There is no more trash removal, no snow removal, no lawn mowing, and no outside lighting. There is no way we can reach anyone in the Teicher Organization by phone or by email.

There is a clubhouse on the grounds which is now without electricity and heat. The parking lot and entrance roads were never completed (only a base coat of asphalt was applied), and the curbs are extremely high. The roadways and parking lots have pot holes.

Beware of the Teicher Organization, as they do not deliver on their promises.
