Beware!!! Owes me $821.00 and never paid me for my services. Originally spoke to Gwenna Archer (Owner) on October 26th about field services work and received work 10:07pm that night. She sent 8 properties with various tasks (lawn cuts, winterizations, trash outs, chemical removal, etc.) to be completed very quickly. One of the properties she canceled the next day but the other work was completed by the due date. I found it weird when she sent work the first day I spoke to her but I try not to prejudge and I needed the work.
I have been in the property preservation business for 5 years and this has never happened. She will not return calls.
