I ordered 2 expensive gate latches for my day care. Unfortunately, they didn't fit. I contacted them by email and they responded that i could return them for an exchange.
I sent the by priority mail with "receipt. Receipt requested" I called for over a month trying to get them to respond to my numerous emails and phone message. The post office tried 3 times to deliver it to them and left notices. They never bothered to pick them up. I made repeated calls and sent many email... All were ignored, I am out $130.00 plus.
