I made a purchase from this company and was billed on 12/15/08 for $87.99, this purchase was made by phone. I called the next day to cancel and was told they could not find my order so to call back the next day. I did that and they still could not find it. I asked them for an email address. I sent an email stating i wanted to cancel and was told it was already sent, they said i should just refuse. I couldn't the package because it was left in my neighbors yard. I took the package to the post office and mailed it back with return receipt requested.
I received an email saying the package was received, but that since i did not get a return authorization, they would not issue credit. I was never told i needed a return authorization, at the time i made the purchase or in the email telling me to refuse.
They have sent me a letter telling me to go to storecredit. Tdiw.com to select another program. The website does not come up. Plus i do not want another program. I want to be credited for the purchase.
The company is a ripoff, they didn't say anything about a return authoriztion, until they had it in their possession. The package was never opened so there would be no reason they could not resell it.
