I obtained a notice from FPL today informing me that they're hanging a family memberis aged statement (approx.$1400) to my consideration (that has never been overdue) simply because they genuinely believe that I lived with that relative when she kept a merchant account together. Okay, to begin with, used to do not stay together with her. Secondly, even when I did so, why am I accountable for her electrical bill? I never closed something admitting liability for anyone elseis bills. I truly need to know if that is authorized. I understand they've an army of corporate lawyers informing them this is okay, but could it be truly? Even when it's authorized, has anybody at FPL heard of business integrity? Why might I spend someone elseis electrical bill? I am not santa! They explained they discovered my label mounted on my generalis tackle via a public company. WHAT EXACTLY?! In what manner does which make me responsible for someone elseis bill??? Appears like I am likely to need to employ a lawyer. I would rather spend a lawyer that cash than FPL!
