Purchased Power-Washer from Theisens 5-30-10. Used once and OK. Second time

Instructions never sent. Tried again and service stated no wiring diagram for
Their models. I indicated, I had such in front of me but not for the model 1500.
Tried calling again. This time promised to send me wiring instructions. Customer
Service stinks. Warranty means you fix it. Customer representatives don't
