Bought two posters from Discountpostersale.com and chose the free shipping option. I was charged $9.95 for a membership to Best Brand Values that I did not authorize. Citibank did a three way call with the company who stated I authorized this.interesting, since I could not log into the so called account I had a membership to. This is a serious scam.
