I purchased a wooden hand mirror from this company. When I received it, the mirror did not fit in the wooden frame. It was very poorly made.
When I immediately contacted customer service asking for a refund they told me they would make me happy any way they could but had to send my complaint to their customer service department. They required me to send them pictures of the defective merchandise which I did and they said they would get back to me. They never got back to me and never sent me any refund.
